Deposit/Cancellation Policy

A deposit for one night's room and tax will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations inside of 30 days will be charged the deposit the day the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a $25 cancellation charge. Reservations cancelled within seven days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a penalty equal to one night's room and tax. Failure to arrive for your scheduled reservation will result in a penalty charge equal to the total stay plus tax. Changes to arrival or departure date must be made within 24 hours of booking the reservation or otherwise must be approved by resort management. Reservations reserved under “Advance Purchase Rates” are non-refundable from the time the reservation is made and will be charged the full amount the day of booking. The cancellation fee is equal to the amount of the total stay.
